I'm a PHP enthusiast and a CSS detangler. I am open to new projects and eager to learn new things!
Creative Front-End Developer with a passion for creating fun to use and pleasant to look at websites. Constantly aspiring to improve on previous work with a notable track record.
I have worked with a number of local businesses to help increase their online web presense and to drive sales, by designing and building responsive modern web pages that look great and run smoothly.
Here are some of my recent projects, as well as a good handful of unfinished side projects:
This is a pet project of mine. I wanted to create a financial advice blog that looks both professional and slightly more casual, too.
I didn't want to make users feel that talks of money and stocks needs to be unnecessarily dull, but I also didn't want it to come across as too childish either since dealing with your finances is not something to take lightly.
In the end I am very happy with the final result, and am planning on taking it live in the near future.
Minecraft has always been a special game to me. I play it with my brother quite a bit, and at the time, the newest update was being teased. I thought it would be fun to put my creative mind to the test and make a mobile design of the Aquatic Update landing page, while not being too outlandish from the official design style.
Top Dog is a popular dog walking and grooming service in the local area, and needed a fresh clean website to show off their brand & services.
With a strong focus on branding and clever use of colours, their services are displayed in an easy and fun to read manner.
The ability to get in contact with Top Dog through the website meant that potential customers have an easily accessible way to inquire about any services they may require, which creates a solid conversion rate for Top Dog.
With the site being fully compatible on both desktop and mobile devices, customers can get their beloved dog walked and groomed on the go!
I have a confession to make: I absolutely love the Ford Mustang. I especially love the 2016 variant of the Mustrang, and so I thought I would design a 2016 Ford Mustang themed landing page that shares visual similarities with Ford's official brochures.
This was a fun challenge to make the Graze logo more modern and to appear more consumer friendly. The wheat underline helps to convey the message that Graze products are made with fibre-full ingredients and as such would make "this is a healthy food choice" first-impression.
Intermediate-level Front-End Developer with expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Managing my own business by designing and developing stunning websites within the local community.
Dealt with clients and responed to individual project requirements. Most of the work was done through a per-client basis, with each project being closely discussed between the client and myself.
Designs were created through industry standard software such as Figma and Adobe Illustrator. The development stage was dealt with multiple versions of HTML & CSS, JavaScript, and PHP & MySQL dealing with the back-end of the websites.
Each project has been thouroughly tested to make sure they are fully browser compatible and up to date with modern handheld devices and desktop computers.
My main duties included improving the functionality of current websites and troubleshooting problems when they arose. Most of the work was done through Visual Studio using XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript & Ajax.
I also created and developed new designs with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Invision Studio, and Adobe Illustrator.
A notable accomplishment was a complete re-design of the current website to follow a dynamic and modern design to work on any device.
